Indicator / Software License Terms

Unless a product page states otherwise, RVCTR grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased indicator or software for the licensed user/account and term.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, credential sharing or source-code publication is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Alerts and outputs depend on chart settings, market data and platform behavior and may produce false, delayed or incomplete signals. No indicator guarantees a profitable outcome.

Custom development scope, revisions, IP ownership, maintenance and support must be defined in the applicable project order or statement of work.
